At Hotel Museo Palacio de San Agustín, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our guests:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
In case of no-show without prior notice, 100% of the reservation total will be charged as a penalty.
